The Corporation attended the third edition of the Kenya Women in Insurance flagship gala dinner that was held on Friday, 16th August 2024 at Sarova Panafric Hotel, Nairobi. The dinner was attended by women across the insurance market in Kenya. It was a great event that provided an ideal avenue for networking and insightful conversations led by industry leaders such as Mary Wamae (Former Group Executive Director – Equity Group Subsidiaries), Tom Gitogo (MD & CEO of Britam Group) and many others.
The theme: Beyond Empowerment; A Call to Action! was a clarion call for all women in the insurance industry to make profound impact, not just in their jobs, but also in their communities.
Stunningly cladded in fascinators, the Corporation was represented by a team of nine ladies, led by General Manager, Reinsurance Operations - Beth Nyaga and General Manager – Finance and Credit Control - Ruth Ngugi.
