In line with the strategic direction steered by our Group Managing Director, Dr. Hillary Wachinga, the Zambian subsidiary organized a breakfast meeting with the Brokers on Thursday, 6th July 2023 at Southern Sun Hotel from 07:30 to 10:00hrs Zambian time. Present were the Regional Manager – Zambia, Mr. Seleman Tembo, Zambia subsidiary staff and the following Brokers:
1. Mr. Chinmay Panker – Pioneer Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers (PINC)
2. Mr. Nyambe Libakeni – Maiden Reinsurance Brokers
3. Mrs. Thelma Chigwende – Origo Reinsurance Brokers
4. Mr. Njamba Musumali – Greenfield Reinsurance Brokers
5. Mr. Edward Milimo – Greenfield Reinsurance Brokers
6. Ms. Malita Mwale – Guardian Reinsurance Brokers
The brokers expressed their gratitude with the Zambian subsidiary turnaround times and pledged to give the Corporation more business. One challenge discussed was low pricing. The Company committed to look into this area to create a win-win outcome.
