It was an absolute pleasure to host a team from Apex Reinsurance Brokers that had paid a business visit on the Corporation. The team consisted of Vice President – Treaty & Takaful - Mr. Bilal Laving and Group Claims Manager - Eng. Mahmood Al-Khatib (Amman, Jordan). The team was received by General Manager – Reinsurance Operations – Beth Nyaga, Shariah Coordinator – Mohamed Omar, Senior Claims Officer – Gladys Ruigu and Senior Credit Control Accountant – Yvonne Mwancha.
The Apex Re team appreciated the long-standing business relationship with Kenya Re that has been premised on cooperation, open communication and quick turnaround time which has yielded in confidence and trust from cedants. Kenya Re team pitched for more profitable business as well as avid premium collection from cedants and committed to continued holistic service excellence in business engagements.
The two teams had a great time to explore more approaches on how to engage more seamlessly in meeting the desired business outcomes. Pending business matters were also discussed in a bid to meet shared goals for success.
