Rose A.B. Waganda is the Acting Manager, Claims Department, overseeing claims
management for the head office and subsidiaries in Ivory Coast, Zambia, and Uganda.
With over 30 years of experience in Insurance and Reinsurance, she has significantly
contributed to capacity building in these fields.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Insurance Option) from the University of
Nairobi, a diploma from the Insurance Institute (UK), and is a trained change
management champion by Prosci.
