Dr. George Njenga, the Founding Executive Dean of Strathmore University Business School, graced the Corporation’s winners mentality program, as the sixth guest speaker on 19th July 2024. The winners’ mentality program is an internal culture- change management initiative inaugurated by our Group Managing Director, Dr. Hillary Wachinga. Its objective is to engineer and implement Kenya Re’s transition from the current state to the desired state in terms of alignment of organizational culture. This is in recognition of the fact that the key drivers of organizational performance and the achievement of strategic objectives, are the people (staff).
Dr. Njenga delivered a very powerful, inspiring and thought-provoking talk that bordered on character, sound doctrine, commitment to work/vocation, purpose-led living and service to the society. His talk was anchored on teachings from the Good Book, the Bible.
