Our team, led by Assistant Manager – Life Business, Ms. Jackline Karimi was delighted to pay a business courtesy visit on our valued partners at Kenya Orient Life Assurance Limited. The visit was premised on the cognizance that Kenya Orient Life have been great business partners over the years. Additionally, the meeting was held to chart a formidable way forward on outstanding matters for quick remedial action as part of the Corporation’s enhanced Customer Experience promise.
The meeting also provided a golden opportunity to understand on how to better improve the existing partnership for mutual collective growth. Kenya Orient Life Assurance Limited was represented in the meeting by Head of Life Business - Mr. Jackson Muli who expressed his optimism on quick resolve of the outstanding issues for sustenance of the ongoing business engagement. Kenya Re team committed to follow-up on the outstanding issues and further made a pitch for more consideration on increase in shares by the valued partner.
We were also thrilled to express our gratitude to Kenya Orient Life for supporting the Kenya Re Training Academy by nominating participants since the Academy’s inception in September 2023. Mr. Muli & his team noted the great value being added to the industry by the Academy and noted his continued support on the same.
