Hellen Okanga

Hellen has been the Acting Manager (Risk & Compliance) since April 5, 2023. She has
extensive experience in developing and executing Enterprise Risk Management strategies,
facilitating compliance, and maintaining Business Continuity Management plans. Previously,
she worked with EY as a Senior Financial Auditor.
Hellen has over 15 years experience and holds a Master’s in Business Administration
(Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) both from the University of
Nairobi. She also holds various professional qualifications including International Certificate
In Enterprise Risk Management (IRM Cert) where she was recognised as the best global
student (Africa). Her other professional qualifications include Certified Risk & Compliance
Management (Re)Insurance (CRCMP(Re)insurance), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
CPA(K). She is a member of various professional bodies.
