At the heart of every successful partnership lies effective communication, collaboration, and a shared vision for mutual growth.  On Thursday, 29th February 2024, our team had the privilege of engaging in a productive market visit and meeting at Cannon Life Assurance Kenya Office in Nairobi. The meeting was a pivotal moment that underscored the strength of our relationship and the potential for future endeavours.

The focal point of our discussions centred around two key areas: inclusion in upcoming Life underwriting trainings and the need for increased participation shares.  Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and development, we collectively agreed that Cannon Life Assurance Kenya's participation in our upcoming trainings would not only enhance their team's expertise but also deepen our partnership by fostering a deeper understanding of our processes and standards. Moreover, the dialogue surrounding the need for increased participation shares echoed our commitment to alignment and shared success. By revisiting participation shares and adjusting them upwards, we aim to further synchronize our interests and drive collective prosperity. In addition, it's worth noting that the outstanding balances discussed during the meeting were from current accounts, indicating that there is no backlog to address. This reaffirms our commitment to maintaining transparent and proactive communication in our partnership.

Furthermore, our discussions highlighted Cannon Life Assurance Kenya's prudent underwriting practices and their unwavering focus on their bottom line. This commitment to financial prudence aligns with our own values and strengthens our confidence in their approach to business. Amidst these strategic discussions, we were humbled to receive positive feedback from Cannon Life Kenya regarding the quality of our services.
