The Corporation sponsored and attended the 2024 18th Association of Insurance Brokers of Kenya (AIBK) Annual General Conference held at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa in Mombasa, Kenya from 6th to 9th November 2024. The Conference, themed – “Disruptive Dynamics – What Next?” sought to equip participants with the insights and tools necessary to prepare for and thrive amidst disruption. The event explored cutting edge insurance industry innovations, strategies to navigate future challenges and actionable ideas to building a sustainable, resilient and agile insurance industry.
Featuring expert notes, regulatory insights, panel discussions and dynamic networking, the event brought together over 500 delegates and empowered attendees to harness disruption as a catalyst for growth and transformation. The event was attended by the regulator, insurance brokers, underwriters, marketers, bancassurers, reinsurers, health service providers and many other industry players.
Kenya Re was represented at the conference by Mr. Edwin Muthabuku and Mr. Samuel Gichuru.
