The Corporation held its first local (Kenya) market cocktail of the year on the evening of Wednesday, 10th May 2023 at Radisson Blu Hotel in Upper Hill, Nairobi. The event was of huge significance noting that it was the first public event engagement for the Managing Director, Dr. Hillary Maina Wachinga.
The event was graced by clients drawn from over fifty insurance companies and business partners; with a significant number being CEO’s as well as Senior General Managers and Managers. Internally, the Corporation had representation of Senior Management and key staff from the Reinsurance Operations, Finance & Investments and Managing Director’s Divisions. The cocktail provided a splendid premium opportunity for the Corporation’s Management and staff to network with clients over a relaxed atmosphere.
In his maiden remarks, Dr Wachinga, reassured the industry of enhanced service delivery backed by top-notch customer experience. He thanked all stakeholders for gracing the event and underscored the importance of collaboration in the insurance & reinsurance industry to build resilience and ensure long-term sustainability of the sector.
