Corporation Secretary
Mr. Charles Kariuki is the Manager of the Legal Department and serves as the
Secretary on the Board of Kenya Reinsurance Corporation. He joined the Corporation
on July 10, 2013, as the Manager-Legal.
Prior to his role at Kenya Re, Mr. Kariuki held a similar position at the National AIDS
Control Council. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years of
standing. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Moi University, a Diploma in
Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a registered Certified Public Secretary.
